Buenas tardes.Debe presentar un escrito en el juzgado acompañando el certificado o justificante de su ingreso en el hospital, y entiendo que su incumplimiento está suficientemente justificado, por lo que no debe tener problemas. No obstante, si alguno de sus familiares lo desea puede recoger a sus hijos los días que le corresponden.
